ALERT: Important Information for FBB Customers Regarding the Home Depot Card Data Breach

Home Depot recently announced a major payment card data breach in its stores. The retailer estimates that the breach “could potentially impact any customer that has used their payment card at our U.S. and Canadian stores, from April forward. We do not have any evidence that the breach has impacted stores in Mexico or customers who shopped online at”

FBB is identifying customers who may be impacted and they will be issued new cards. Accounts are actively being monitored for fraudulent activity. Customers should also monitor their accounts and ensure their contact information, including phone numbers, is current so we can provide updates regarding actions taken to safeguard accounts. You can monitor your accounts using FBB Online Banking. If you see any unusual or unauthorized activity on our account, please notify FBB immediately. If you have concerns about your account or any account transaction, contact us at 321-253-1555.

We will strive to minimize service disruption and inconvenience to impacted customers, but our main concern is to protect your accounts by taking proactive measures to prevent fraud. As always, never share personal account information over the phone or email unless you initiated the contact and know for sure with whom you are communicating.

The Home Depot is offering free identity protection services, including credit monitoring, to any customer who used a payment card at a Home Depot store in 2014, from April on. Customers who wish to take advantage of these services can learn more at or by calling 1-800-HOMEDEPOT (800-466-3337).
